Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience or 7+ years in insurance
• Licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the account management team.
• Maintain policy expirations and renewals; monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
