Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or 7+ years in insurance industry.
• Active insurance license is required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high technical competence and industry expertise.
• Direct daily activities and workflow of the account management team.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, and claims.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure timely completion and accurate activity tracking.
• Communicate workload status with the team and stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional service and anticipate client needs.
• Stay updated on policies and procedures; seek continuous improvement.
