Job summary

LOVB is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Ticketing to drive ticket revenue and deliver exceptional service to members, fans, and partners. You will own season memberships, group sales, fan packages, and retention initiatives across LOVB markets.

The ideal candidate builds relationships, manages pipelines, and executes outbound sales with top-notch customer service, organizational discipline, and a passion for sports and live events. Remote-first with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a sales/customer service field.
• Proven track record in outbound sales and revenue generation.
• Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive ticket revenue through season memberships, group sales, and premium experiences.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity in CRM.
• Serve as primary contact for season members and fans, delivering exceptional service.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize ticket revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Event teams to fulfill fan experiences.
