League One Volleyball (LOVB) is seeking a motivated Ticket Sales & Service Representative to join our Minnesota-based team. This full-time, non-exempt hourly role supports ticket sales across multiple venues with a focus on high-quality fan service.

The ideal candidate enjoys sports and sales, is comfortable with CRM tools, and can work remotely from the U.S. with potential travel during the season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree a plus.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Interest in volleyball or sports industry beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Sell single-game tickets, group packages, and season memberships.
• Make outbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions to prospective customers.
• Respond to inbound ticket inquiries with pricing info and promotions.
• Maintain customer records in CRM systems.
• Process payments and complete ticket transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Represent LOVB at games, events, and community outreach.
• Escalate complex issues to a supervisor.
