Job summary

LOVB, the League One Volleyball franchise in Salt Lake City, is seeking a strategic Director, Ticketing & Operations. You will lead the ticketing lifecycle, drive revenue growth across season and group sales, and ensure superior fan experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in ticketing sales, operations, or revenue generation.
Proven track record of building sales pipelines and managing sales teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into pricing/packaging recommendations.
Demonstrated project management and leadership in a fast-paced sports environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute ticketing revenue strategies for season, group, and single-match sales.
Lead lead generation, renewals, and customer retention initiatives to grow season-ticket base.
Oversee ticketing operations: inventory, box office, and vendor liaison.
Provide forecasting, budgeting, and performance dashboards in collaboration with Finance.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sponsorship to maximize ticketing opportunities across assets.
