Vanta is hiring a Senior Account Executive to hunt and win new logos across North America’s mid-market. You will own your pipeline, run a full-cycle sales process, and help security and IT leaders prove trust with a platform that scales with each new product release.

You’ll join a growing Mid Market team, targeting 51-1000 employee companies, and partner with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Deal Desk to hit your quota. Remote-friendly role with a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying closing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• 3+ years acquiring new customers with 51-1000 employees.
• Comfortable leading consultative sales with multiple stakeholders and complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your pipeline across North America’s mid-market.
• Run full-cycle sales from first meeting to close.
• Lead discovery with CISOs, Heads of Security, and IT leaders to tie outcomes to business impact.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and legal to close deals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast against targets.
