Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a virtual-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide from Charlotte, NC.

You will generate leads, manage a growing book of business, present proposals, negotiate contracts and train clients, with an OTE of $200,000+.

Candidates need 2+ years of selling experience in court reporting, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads profitability and growth of sales territory aligned with company vision.
• Plans to expand customer base and contributes to client training programs.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales/promotional materials and plan direct marketing.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress and boost client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product/service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing and competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present company products/services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good relationships.
