Job summary

Ciklum is seeking an Account Director to join our US team on a full-time basis. We are a global custom product engineering company delivering IT-enabled services, digital transformation, and complex technology programs for Fortune 500 clients and growing startups.

Lead client accounts, craft growth strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure secure, compliant solutions. The role emphasizes strategic selling, technology advisory, and cross-functional collaboration across the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, Electronics, IT or related field required.
Five years of progressive experience as Software Engineer/Digital Engineering or related.
Experience with AR/VR, AI/ML and IoT technologies in client projects.
Experience in IT-enabled services, digital transformation and emerging tech domains.
Strong ability in sales management and portfolio diversification goals.
Familiarity with frameworks and accelerators in software engineering, OEM and product design.
Experience with market and account research and competitive positioning analysis.
Experience with Linux server installation and configuration.
Experience with SSH, Apache, and MySQL.

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio of clients within the RCG domain and identify opportunities to grow client accounts, including technology-driven solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Develop account management strategies (farming, up-selling, cross-selling) with a focus on IT-enabled services and emerging technologies.
Manage client accounts and build long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted technology advisor.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs, ensuring integration of IT systems and compliance with security standards.
Liaise with account partners and digital teams for effective collaboration on client accounts, including technical solution design and implementation oversight.
