Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client service support to the account team, under supervision of an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer. You will ensure production and quality standards are met while safeguarding against liability and independently resolve moderately complex customer service issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant roles.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business by gathering underwriting information and preparing submissions.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and support collections.
