Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a skilled Remote Security Project Manager to own the delivery of low-voltage security installations for a national account. You will lead cross-functional teams including installation technicians, engineers, and subcontractors to deploy ACS, CCTV, IDS, intercoms, and integrated property tech systems.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive project management experience in commercial electronic security or low-voltage systems integration.
• Experience managing ACS, CCTV, IDS, intercoms, and property technology infrastructure.
• Proven track record in financials, resource allocation, and multi-tier subcontractors.
• Proficient with project management tools and MS Office; able to read detailed drawings.
• Strong communication with clients at site and corporate levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closeout of concurrent electronic security installations.
• Serve as primary contact for national account stakeholders and General Contractors.
• Direct field technicians, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, billing milestones, and change orders to protect profits.
• Oversee as-built/red-line documentation and programming workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage RFIs, resolve site conflicts, and implement contingency plans.
• Support pre-sales with scope reviews and feasibility assessments.
• Conduct site audits, lead kick-offs, and oversee commissioning and closeout.
• Perform other duties as required.
