Job summary

Netflix in Los Angeles is seeking an accomplished Technical Infrastructure Delivery Program Manager to own Layer 1 design and lead end-to-end network deployments across our global offices.

You will bridge engineers, business stakeholders and vendors, coordinating resources, schedules and budgets while advancing AI-driven workflows in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role with mobility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical project/program management experience deploying networks or infrastructure.
• Strategic planning skills to align deployments with Netflix goals and shifting priorities.
• Act as technical liaison between engineers, stakeholders and leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with good judgment.
• Lead end-to-end PM for network deployments, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting and progress checks.
• Own Layer 1 design and low-voltage delivery, overseeing vendors through the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal and external design and construction teams across partners.
• AI-first approach to optimize workflows and scale resources.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environment and ability to travel across time zones.

Responsibilities
