Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC. is seeking a Security Success Analyst in the United States to advise and coordinate cybersecurity services for clients. You will partner with the Security & Compliance Lead, manage service deliverables, and lead recurring strategy sessions across Windows, macOS, cloud, and network environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years IT experience, ideally in client-facing or service delivery.
• 2+ years cybersecurity and compliance experience.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
• Experience with vulnerability management and security awareness training.
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, cloud, and networking environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Cybersecurity Services clients across all service tiers.
• Lead client security strategy sessions and manage deliverables.
• Develop policies, remediation plans, and security awareness initiatives.
• Oversee Security ConnectWise board, track deliverables and progress.
• Coordinate ransomware detection, vulnerability remediation, and audit support.
• Maintain documentation of client security systems and configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on escalations and incidents.
• Contribute to incident response and security awareness programs.
• Track metrics, OKRs, and propose opportunities to expand engagement.
