Eliassen Group is seeking a Security Program Manager for ISRM to govern and mobilize two security operations programs. You will define charters, roadmaps, KPIs/KRIs, and executive narratives, aligning with security strategy and enterprise goals.

The role requires coordinating Security and IT stakeholders across geographies, managing integrated plans, budgets, and vendor contracts, and delivering status updates to leadership forums in a remote, W2-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Technical program management experience in security or cybersecurity projects.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk concepts.
• Experience coordinating across multiple geographies and teams.
• Background leading high-profile, high-pressure programs.

Responsibilities

• Define program charters, objectives, KPIs/KRIs, and roadmaps aligned to security strategy.
• Establish governance structures including steering committees and escalation paths.
• Identify and align stakeholders across Security (ISRM) and IT.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor contracts where applicable.
• Deliver executive reporting on status, risks, and value realization.
• Prepare executive-ready narratives for Investment Committee and leadership forums.
