Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Security Program Manager for ISRM to govern two security operation programs. You will define charters, milestones, KPIs/KRIs, and roadmaps aligned to strategy, and coordinate stakeholders across Security and IT while managing plans, budgets, resources, and vendors.

You will deliver executive reporting and narratives for leadership forums, with responsibilities spanning governance and risk management in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Technical program management experience.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Experience coordinating resources across geographies.
• Background leading high-profile, high-pressure programs.

Responsibilities

• Define program charters, objectives, KPIs/KRIs, and roadmaps aligned to security strategy.
• Establish governance structures including steering committees, working groups, and escalation paths.
• Identify and align stakeholders across Security (ISRM) and IT.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor contracts where applicable.
• Deliver executive reporting on status, risks, and value realization.
• Support development of executive-ready narratives for Investment Committee and leadership forums.
