Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Security Program Manager for ISRM to govern two security programs and drive governance, roadmaps and executive storytelling. This remote consulting role requires coordinating across Security and IT, and delivering KPI/KRI driven programs with measurable value.

You will define charters, manage budgets and vendors, produce leadership narratives, and ensure alignment with security strategy while navigating multiple geographies and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Technical program management experience on technical projects.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Experience coordinating resources across geographies.
• Background leading high-profile, high-pressure programs.

Responsibilities

• Define program charters, objectives, KPIs, and KRIs, and roadmaps aligned to security strategy.
• Establish governance structures including steering committees, working groups, and escalation paths.
• Identify and align stakeholders across Security (ISRM) and IT.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor contracts where applicable.
• Deliver executive reporting on status, risks, and value realization.
• Support development of executive-ready narratives for Investment Committee and leadership forums.
