Ladders is seeking a Mission Operations & Cyber Resilience Lead to oversee the 24x7 production support, incident response, and secure cloud operations for a federal data exchange platform serving healthcare and national security priorities.

You will partner with government stakeholders and cybersecurity providers, blending hands-on technical leadership with process discipline to ensure service continuity, compliance, and ongoing improvement in a highly regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field; 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in IT ops, cloud ops, or cybersecurity in federal/DoD environments; 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience operating a mission-critical production system with 24x7 availability.
• Hands-on with AWS GovCloud or equivalent government cloud; RMF and DoD information assurance policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 24x7 operations, monitoring, and Tier 2/3 incident response for production data exchange services in AWS GovCloud.
• Manage vulnerability and patch remediation; maintain RMF and continuous authorization artifacts.
• Implement Zero Trust and secure-cloud practices; integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Run change control and maintain operational procedures and recovery plans; coordinate with government cybersecurity providers.
• Deliver iterative backlogs and report operational metrics to government leadership.
