CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Analyst for the Endpoint Protection Team. You will triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, or related field.
• Experience in incident response, threat hunting or security operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoints and cloud environments.
• Conduct tactical analysis of telemetry to determine root cause and remediation.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 activity, contain threats, and guide customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Develop and improve incident detection and countermeasure processes.
• Deliver clear customer communications during incident response.
• Produce high-quality findings and recommendations for customers and internal teams.
