Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Security in the United States to coordinate complex security and IT implementation projects across real estate, telecom, and network environments.

You will act as the primary coordination point among clients, project teams, and technical stakeholders, guiding schedules, dependencies, and documentation while delivering reliable, on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of project coordination/management in AEC, technical services, construction, or professional services.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams on technical implementation projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across multiple technical implementation projects with visibility into tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership.
• Serve as a coordination point for client contacts and internal teams ensuring timely, professional communication.
• Track scope, schedules, dependencies and handoffs to support on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Maintain project trackers, logs, notes, action registers, and status reports for transparent execution.
• Identify blockers, raise risks early, and elevate issues before impacting commitments.
• Support troubleshooting coordination and issue routing to appropriate teams.
