Job summary

Jobgether seeks an IT Manager in the United States to oversee day-to-day technology operations and ensure a secure, reliable environment. You’ll lead infrastructure, admin, security, and vendor management while driving strategic projects and continuous improvement.

You’ll work with stakeholders and partners to translate tech needs into business outcomes, strengthen security and resilience, and guide IT investments to support global health initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or tech support.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and service providers.
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and security practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically for meetings and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensure reliability and performance.
• Manage hardware, software, cloud infrastructure, and applications.
• Control user access, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Lead technology initiatives, upgrades, and integrations.
• Collaborate with leaders to design solutions and assess new tech.
• Coordinate with external vendors and oversee SLAs and renewals.
• Support cybersecurity, risk mitigation, and disaster recovery planning.
