Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Security Architect to design and implement security improvements across the organization. This role is remote and focuses on integrating security into existing systems, supporting new hardware and software deployments, and ensuring security configurations meet requirements.

You will work with engineers and project staff to migrate security capabilities to various cloud environments, host regular meetings, and communicate with customers to understand security needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience designing security functionality for cloud and on-prem architectures.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and architecture studies.
• Familiarity with network security devices and PKI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Study existing systems architecture and design security solutions to improve posture.
• Support installation and configuration of hardware and software with security in mind.
• Test new systems to ensure they work as expected and align with security requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure compatible security configurations.
• Assist in migrating security capabilities to cloud environments.
