Job summary

E Logic is seeking a detail-oriented Trusted Tester Level 1 to provide Section 508 accessibility testing support for the DHS OCIO. The contractor will perform conformance testing of ICT using DHS-approved methods and report findings to the DHS program team.

This remote role includes on-site as needed at TSA Headquarters and requires US citizenship and security suitability. Responsibilities include developing test plans, reporting results, offering technical guidance on remediation, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• DHS Trusted Tester Certification Version 5.0 or later (must maintain).
• Minimum of one year of accessibility testing experience.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must meet DHS SUITABILITY requirements for EOD.

Responsibilities

• Perform Section 508 testing of ICT using DHS methods and tools.
• Maintain DHS Trusted Tester certification throughout the task order.
• Conduct web accessibility testing per Harmonized Baseline and DHS methodology.
• Document and report test results using DHS formats and tools.
• Provide Section 508 technical assistance on evaluations and VPAT/ACR.
• Develop accessibility test plans.
• Advise on interpretation of test results and remediation of defects.
• Maintain up-to-date Trusted Tester certification currency.
• Support events and ensure materials are accessible.
