Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years evaluating and remediating electronic documents for Section 508 conformance.
• Hands-on remediation of Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF files.
• Ability to provide clear verbal and written instruction on evaluating and remediating documents.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate documents for conformance with Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Remediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs and other documents.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led accessibility training.
• Provide technical assistance to DHS personnel and content owners.
• Maintain records of remediation and training activities.
