Job summary

ZincFive, Inc. is seeking an SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager to lead external financial reporting, SEC filings, and technical accounting research. You will prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures in line with U.S.

GAAP and SEC requirements, coordinating with global teams and auditors. The role supports public-company readiness initiatives, strengthens internal controls, and may be remote or at ZincFive's Tualatin, Oregon headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license and 5+ years of experience in accounting/financial reporting.
• Minimum 3+ years in SEC reporting for public companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and initial review of SEC filings (Forms S-4, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxies).
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures per U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
• Coordinate quarter- and year-end external reporting with Global Controller and international teams.
• Research and document technical accounting issues; prepare position papers and memoranda.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory examinations; support internal control design and enhancements.
• Monitor SEC developments and advise on impact to company reporting.
