ZincFive, Inc. is seeking an SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager to lead external financial reporting, SEC filings, and technical accounting research. The role partners with the Chief Accounting Officer to ensure public company readiness, strong internal controls, and timely financial statements in accordance with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/financial reporting.
• 3+ years in SEC reporting for publicly traded companies.
• Experience with SAP, NetSuite/Oracle, Workiva.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings (S-4, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements).
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and schedules per U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Coordinate quarter-end/year-end external reporting with Global Controller and intl teams.
• Research and document technical accounting matters.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory examinations.
