Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in a Life Science environment and in public company reporting.
• Strong technical accounting research capabilities and ASC 606 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of the Company's Form 10-K.
• Coordinate annual audit with external auditors and manage timelines.
• Support technical accounting research and document conclusions.
• Monitor new accounting pronouncements and assess applicability.
• Oversee SOX 404(a) compliance and related controls.
