You will serve as the primary client contact, guide accounting advisory, financial reporting, and SEC compliance for public and private company clients, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Strong communication, project leadership, and GAAP expertise are essential to build lasting relationships and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience in an advisory practice or client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Ability to review financial statements, disclosures and supporting schedules for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong long-term relationships.
• Provide accounting advisory, financial reporting, and SEC compliance support to public and private company clients.
• Review and analyze client financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage engagement budgets, staffing allocations, and project timelines.
• Identify client needs and recommend value-added accounting, reporting, and process improvement solutions.
