Job summary

Cyperus Group LLC is seeking a seasoned Client Service & Engagement Manager to lead and manage multiple client engagements from a remote advisory practice.

You will serve as the primary client contact, guide accounting advisory, financial reporting, and SEC compliance for public and private company clients, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Strong communication, project leadership, and GAAP expertise are essential to build lasting relationships and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience in an advisory practice or client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Ability to review financial statements, disclosures and supporting schedules for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A)
• Accounting position papers and technical accounting memorandums
• Research and interpret complex accounting issues under U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
