Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or public company SEC reporting.
• Experience in real estate, REIT, or related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy statements).
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Draft footnotes, MD&A disclosures, and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with external auditors, legal counsel, and stakeholders.
• Assist with technical accounting research and SOX compliance.
