• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Travel up to 40% for meetings and client site visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial close and improve close processes.
• Assist with cash to accrual accounting and balance sheet prep.
• Assist with audit readiness and financial reporting for SEC matters.
• Lead technical accounting projects (ASC topics, IPO/SPAC, SEC reporting).
• Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and audit schedules for filings.
