Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of earning $100K+ in commission.
• Strong background in phone-based or consultative sales.
• Excellent communication with a relationship-driven, empathetic approach.
• Proven ability to close deals and hit performance targets.
• Strong phone presence and organizational skills with CRM discipline.
• Must live in the Seattle area and have a reliable car and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound seller leads; ensure no lead goes unanswered.
• Conduct high-volume calls to qualify motivation, timeline and pricing.
• Lead discovery conversations; move sellers toward signed agreements.
• Present offers by phone and negotiate terms with distressed-property owners.
• Use tools and training to evaluate deals and prepare offers.
• Coordinate dispositions after signing; hand off deals to buyers from the list.
• Travel to properties to finalize deals with sellers.
• Input and track all leads and deals in the CRM; follow up promptly.
• Meet or exceed monthly contract volume and revenue targets tied to commissions.
