Job summary

Property SellWise is seeking a Home Buying & Selling Specialist to join the Seattle team. This remote role focuses on helping property owners resolve problems, negotiating offers, and guiding sellers to signed agreements, with site visits as needed.

Most work is phone-based, demanding trust-building, motivation discovery, and deal closure. You will coordinate with a buyer list post-signing as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience.
• Strong phone-based or consultative sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with sellers.
• Proven ability to close deals and hit targets.
• CRM discipline and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound seller leads by phone.
• Qualify seller motivation, timeline, and pricing.
• Lead discovery conversations and move to signed agreements.
• Present offers by phone and negotiate terms with distressed-property owners.
• Coordinate dispositions after signing with developer buyers.
• Input and track all leads and deals in the CRM.
