You will guide clients through offers, inspections, financing, and closing while prospecting for new clients and maintaining relationships with current and past clients. Strong communication, market knowledge, and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in Washington State.
• Professional experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Strong Sales skills with prospecting and lead conversion.
• Excellent Customer Service with a client-first mindset and clear communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple transactions.
• Proficiency with real estate technology platforms, CRM tools, and online marketing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
