Qualifications

• 5+ years of Jackson Hewitt experience.
• TP3 level or higher required.
• Strong knowledge of Jackson Hewitt software, systems, and processes.
• Experience preparing and troubleshooting complex tax returns.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while being an active part of a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns remotely for clients working with CSAs.
• Communicate with CSAs to gather information and ensure accurate, efficient return preparation.
• Assist tax professionals with tax questions.
• Help resolve holds, rejects, and return-management issues.
• Troubleshoot Jackson Hewitt software and process questions.
• Support and coach tax professionals with varying levels of experience.
• Work closely with our leadership team to support offices throughout tax season.
