Storage Scholars is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a part-time seasonal remote role. You will guide students through move-in/move-out services, generate referrals, and promote upgrades via calls, texts, and email.

You will field leads, provide estimates, and help customers navigate our online portal to complete bookings during the peak season. This role requires strong communication, sales skill, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
