Storage Scholars LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Seasonal, Remote) to guide customers through move-in, storage, and shipping solutions. You will work with the Customer Experience Team to connect customers with the right services while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

This remote, part-time seasonal role offers 15–25 hours per week, with potential peaks March–September and a start date around 1/25/27.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
