Storage Scholars is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a Part Time Seasonal, Remote role. You will guide customers seeking move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping solutions, acting as a critical link between customers and our services.

The role involves handling inbound leads, proactive outreach, providing estimates, and driving upsells while maintaining a high standard of customer experience within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
