Job summary

Storage Scholars LLC is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Seasonal, Remote) to guide customers seeking moving, storage, and shipping solutions. The role focuses on consultative support and driving service adoption within a fast-growing team.

Part-time, seasonal position offering 15–25 hours/week, with up to 40 hours during peak season. Fully remote with a compensation structure based on base pay plus per-customer commission; start date 1/25/27 and contract end 9/13/27.

High emotional intelligence to understand team members and clients.
Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new software rapidly.

Responsibilities

Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
