Storage Scholars LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a part-time seasonal, fully remote role. You will guide customers seeking move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping solutions, acting as a bridge between the customer and our services.

The team emphasizes growth, learning, and an inclusive environment where ideas are valued. The role supports a fast-paced season with flexible evenings/weekends and a potential for higher hours during peak season.

Responsabilidades

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
