Job summary

Storage Scholars is a high-growth, fully remote company serving college students with moving, storage, and shipping solutions. We seek an Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Seasonal) to guide customers, provide service estimates, and promote additional services through calls, texts, and email.

The role is 15–25 hours/week on average, with peak weeks up to 40. Start date 1/25/27, end date 9/13/27, compensation primarily base plus per-customer commission, remote work, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
