Job summary

Storage Scholars is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Seasonal) to guide customers seeking move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping solutions. You will act as the bridge between customers and our services, driving adoption through calls, messages, and portal guidance.

Work is fully remote with peak-season scheduling, and compensation includes base pay plus per-customer commissions. This role supports growth within a rapidly expanding team and company.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
