Job summary

Storage Scholars is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Seasonal) to guide customers choosing move-in, storage, and shipping options. Join our remote Customer Experience Team and help customers book services, estimate costs, and explore upgrades.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication with strong sales aptitude.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Ability to handle fast-paced changes and intense workloads.
Strong phone presence.
High emotional intelligence to understand fellow team members and clients alike.
Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new software rapidly.
1-2 years of customer-facing experience (such as retail, hospitality, or customer service).

Responsibilities

Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
