Job summary

Storage Scholars is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Seasonal) to serve as a consultative guide for students seeking move-in, move-out, storage, and shipping solutions. This role is fully remote and part-time.

You will field inbound leads, make proactive calls to current and former customers, provide service estimates via phone, SMS, and email, and guide clients through the online booking flow. You’ll also promote upgrades and referrals to grow the account value.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication with strong sales aptitude.

• Technologically savvy; quick to learn new software.
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades, and generate referrals.
