ThrivePass, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal HR Assistant to support our People team during a busy season. You’ll help ensure welcoming onboarding for new hires, respectful offboarding, and precise handling of daily HR tasks.

Responsibilities include onboarding coordination, I-9 compliance support, system access requests, and maintaining confidential records. This temporary role runs roughly 3–6 months, with 8–5 PST hours and a remote work setup across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR, administrative, or office support roles.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Availability for the full duration of the temporary assignment.

Responsabilités

• Support Open Enrollment needs; answering questions, reviewing enrollments, creating files, connecting with carrier and broker needs, configuring system requirements, etc.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including paperwork, welcome communications, and first-day logistics
• Track onboarding tasks and follow up with new hires and managers to keep everything on schedule
• Support I-9 and employment eligibility documentation, following established procedures
• Submit and track system access and equipment requests for new and departing employees
• Coordinate offboarding steps, including exit checklists, equipment returns, and access removal requests
• Schedule exit interviews and help compile offboarding documentation
• Enter and update employee data in our HRIS with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain organized, confidential employee files and records
• Assist with HR reports, trackers, and general administrative projects as needed
