Job summary

Minted, a premium design marketplace, seeks a remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative to support customers across channels during peak season. You will handle inquiries, resolve design and fulfillment questions, and navigate multiple systems with empathy and efficiency.

You will use our CRM and internal tools to document interactions, learn our knowledge base, and provide elevated, personalized service while maintaining flexible availability through evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with high-end customers and owning problems.
• Experience handling inbound contact volume and queues.
• Experience with design-related work and fulfillment.
• Excellent written communication without canned templates.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media with warmth and ownership.
• Resolve customer concerns and fulfill inquiries promptly without scripts.
• Use internal knowledge base to answer questions and deliver great experiences.
• Manage multi-system workflows across order info and design files.
• Document interactions in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Identify platform friction and share insights with leadership.
• Maintain high quality and proactive communication with customers and leadership.
