Job summary

Minted is seeking a Print Quality Resolution Assistant for a remote seasonal role from September through December 2026. You will work directly with customers to resolve post-print issues and ensure the highest quality product.

You will troubleshoot design files in Adobe Creative Suite, guide customers through replacement orders in real time, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a fast, friendly experience during peak season.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro; Lightroom is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite.
• Ability to work remotely and manage live interactions.
• Willingness to work weekend days.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and chats with empathy per policy.
• Guide customers through the replacement order process in real time.
• Triages issues to determine internal vs customer-driven changes.
• Open and navigate design files to diagnose print issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to transition customers to Print Quality queue.
• Record detailed data in Salesforce for trend tracking.
• Prepare replacement order requests for Processing Team.
