Job summary

LifeWay Christian Resources is seeking a seasonal Accounting & Financial Support role for Lifeway Camps during the 2027 summer season. This remote position involves supporting the accounting functions for camp operations, with communication across staff nationwide.

You will reconcile statements, set up supplier requests, post journal entries, process reimbursements, and travel for May training events as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in/or completed Accounting, Finance, or a related program of study.
• Currently enrolled at a college or university in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Have fully completed at least two years of undergraduate study or are a graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, or other applicable program.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile monthly credit card statements.
• Set up supplier requests.
• Submit journal entries to ensure proper balancing and allocation of financial records.
• Process check requests for invoice payments and staff reimbursements.
• Communicate with camp staff, team members, and customers via phone and email.
• Travel to training and other events, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
