Lifeway is seeking a Camp Event Coordinator for the Student Life Camps team in the Nashville area. The role covers program direction, venue communication, travel and shipping logistics, and promoting camp registrations to student pastors at trade shows from September through April.

You will recruit, train, and spiritually lead the summer staff, working with teams across Lifeway to deliver camp assets on time each May. This is a hybrid on-site/remote role with relocation assistance available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Project Management, Event Coordination, or a related field.
• 3+ years of event or camp planning experience (summer camp staff or church ministry experience may substitute).
• Ability to manage event timelines, production, and communication from planning through execution.
• Experience coordinating with venues, vendors, and travel and shipping logistics.
• Ability to recruit, train, and lead seasonal staff.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting to sort, count, and prepare supplies.
• Willingness to travel seasonally (2-3 times per month during a specific season).

Overview

Lifeway is seeking a Camp Event Coordinator for the Student Life Camps team, from program direction and venue communication through travel and shipping logistics. You will recruit, train, and spiritually lead the summer staff, and you will promote camp registrations to student pastors at trade shows from September through April. You will work closely with fellow coordinators and teams across Lifeway to deliver every camp asset on time each May. This is an on-site role in the Nashville area with seasonally heavy travel.
