Job summary

LifeWay Christian Resources is seeking a FUGE Camps Support Specialist for the Summer 2027 season with a remote work arrangement. This role supports thousands of students by coordinating with camp staff nationwide and ensuring smooth operations during trainings and events.

You will model excellent customer service, manage participant lists and release forms, keep forms databases confidential, and assist directors with questions, travel to trainings as needed, and respond to inquiries with

Qualifications

• Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication.
• Shows strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Involvement in an evangelical Christian church is required.

Responsibilities

• Model vision statement and customer service excellence.
• Reconcile participant lists with release forms.
• Maintain confidentiality of participants' information and manage the forms database.
• Contact customers with missing information and respond to inquiries by phone or email.
• Travel to trainings and events as needed, including April Training dates.
