Job summary

Lifeway Camps is seeking an Accounting & Financial Support teammate for the 2027 summer season to support registration, reconciliation, and financial processes for camp programs.

You'll reconcile credit card statements, set up supplier requests, process journal entries, and communicate with camp staff nationwide. This remote seasonal role offers flexible hours and a chance to contribute to ministry through budgeting and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Participate in the entirety of the 2027 camp season (mid-May to early August).
• Enrolled in or completed Accounting, Finance, or related program.
• Undergraduate or graduate student status preferred.
• Have completed at least two years of undergraduate study or graduate in related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile monthly credit card statements
• Set up supplier requests
• Submit journal entries for proper balancing and allocation
• Process check requests for invoices and staff reimbursements
• Communicate with camp staff, team members, and customers via phone and email
• Travel to training and events as needed
• Other duties as assigned
