Job summary

Nerdio is seeking an SDR Programs Specialist to sit at the crossroads of Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales. You will eliminate repetitive work by building automated systems, sequences, and workflows to run more campaigns with greater consistency and speed.

In this role you will design and optimize SDR programs, manage campaigns, and ensure seamless handoffs from marketing to SDR outreach, while collaborating with PMM and Demand Gen to reflect current messaging. Remote-US opportunity.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Sales Operations.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and at least one major sales engagement platform and CRM.
Strong ability to translate between marketing, sales, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Automate campaign execution across marketing and sales platforms to scale SDR campaigns.
Own the design, execution, and optimization of SDR programs and blitzes.
Bridge MQLs to SDR outreach and optimize handoffs and follow-ups.
Collaborate with PMM and Demand Gen to align messaging and campaigns.
Map manual processes to automated, repeatable workflows and build dashboards.
